When the church reached out about their aging pavement and concrete, they weren’t just asking for asphalt repairs. They wanted a campus that looked clean, felt safe, and could stand up to years of daily use.

Step 1: Restoring Strength to the North Parking Lot
The north parking lot was one of the most used—and most worn—areas on site. Instead of a full reconstruction, we performed an asphalt mill and overlay. Milling removed the damaged top layer while preserving the stable base.
Then we installed a fresh overlay for a smooth, long-lasting finish.
This approach saved the church time and money without sacrificing quality.
More importantly, it gave them a strong, attractive lot built to handle heavy traffic and Missouri’s changing seasons.
Step 2: Upgrading the Concrete Where It Counts
Next, we turned our attention to the concrete elements around campus.
First up was the playground pad. We replaced the old surface with a durable new concrete pad, providing a safer, more reliable foundation for kids at play.
We also replaced the concrete apron near high-traffic entrances and poured new sidewalk sections and an office pad. These upgrades not only fixed wear-and-tear but made the church more accessible for visitors of all ages.
Step 3: Preserving the South Lot and Playground
With the heavy lifting done, we shifted focus to protection. The south lot and playground area received crack filling, followed by a full sealcoat to guard against water damage and UV wear.
We finished with fresh striping, bringing bright, organized parking lines back to life.
This final phase made a huge visual impact and gave the property the polished, professional look it deserved.
