This is a letter of reference for Gann Asphalt & Concrete. In searching for a company to seal and restripe my office I reached out to several companies. Jason Gann returned my call promptly and answered all my questions promptly. I then contacted with him to complete the request. After the lot was sealed there were areas that I could see that sealing alone was not going to be adequate. Jason then met with me and we discussed what could and should be done. He then returned to me his proposal for correcting the problems. We decided to proceed with the repairs. I was satisfied with the results and paid him for the repairs and sealing. There was a couple small areas that could be touched up and Jason sent someone promptly to care for it. Jason also want by the job and he was not satisfied with the results and notified me he wanted to reseal and restripe the whole lot. I was satisfied with the initial results but after that the lot looks outstanding. This was not something he had to do and he was fully paid but he wanted to job to be done to the highest standards.
